Honey Mustard Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. In a small bowl mix honey, dijon mustard, creole mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl and pour 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, and add some olive oil. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. During the end of cooking, brush the chicken with more honey mustard sauce.
5. You can eat it with some roasted potatoes or steamed vegetables.
