Crispy Sweet Potato Chips in an Air Fryer

  


Delicious and nutritious chips ideal for snacking.


 Ingredients:  

- 2 large sweet potatoes, sliced thinly  

- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil  

- Salt, to taste  

- Optional: paprika or cinnamon for added flavor  


 Method:  

1. **Prepare the Sweet Potatoes**: Use a mandoline or a sharp knife to slice the sweet potatoes thinly. Dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.  

2. **Season**: Combine the sweet potato slices with olive oil and salt, along with any preferred seasonings.  

3. **Air Fry**: Set the air fryer to preheat at 350°F (175°C). Place the sweet potato slices in a single layer within the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary. Fry for **10-15 minutes**, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until they reach a crispy texture.  

4. **Serve**: Once cooked, allow the chips to cool for a few minutes to enhance their crispiness, then enjoy as a snack or a side dish.
