Air Fryer Salmon
Delicately prepared salmon featuring a crisp outer layer.
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Method:
Prepare the Salmon: Use a paper towel to dry the salmon fillets thoroughly. Coat them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Air Fry: Set the air fryer to preheat at 400°F (200°C). Arrange the salmon fillets in the basket with the skin facing down.
Cook: Air fry for 7-10 minutes, adjusting the time based on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve: Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the salmon and accompany it with a selection of vegetables or rice.
