Honey Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Generously season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
3. In a skillet over medium heat add a drizzle of olive oil. Put salmon fillets, skin-side down, in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Flat the fillets, and then sprinkle honey garlic sauce on salmon side. Allow the salmon to cook for 4-5 minutes more until its done and coated with the sauce.
5. Drizzle some of the sauce over French fry recipe for fish.
