Garlic Butter Chicken Breast
Try this quick and delicious Garlic Butter Chicken (Chicken Breast Recipe):
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley, garnish (optional)
Method:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels Sprinkle both sides of the breasts with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Step 6 – Heat a big skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil.
Add the chicken breasts to the hot oil once it is ready. On both sides since checking arms until golden and willing to look after through审99. (Internal temperature 165°F/75°C.)
Add the chicken to a skillet and cook with olive oil, layer aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

4. Coat the Chicken:
- Add the chicken back to the pan and spoon the garlic butter sauce over it all.
– Allow chicken to sit in sauce for just 1-2 minutes, coating it well with the garlic butter.
5. Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Place the chicken onto plates and serve with mashed potatoes, steamed veg or rice.
