Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C)
2. Put the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle salmon with olive oil and salt & pepper,on top of it sprinkle thyme and oregano.
3. Add the fillets on to a baking tray, and sprinkle over the minced garlic, and add lemon slices.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve with roasted veg or a salad.
